VISA CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Messe München provides visa consultancy support to assist exhibitors with their application process for trade fair participation in Germany.
According to the German Foreign Office guidelines, in most cases an official invitation letter is not required for a trade fair visa application, and exhibitors are advised to follow the official embassy instructions when applying.
Applicants are generally advised to refer to the official guidelines provided by the Federal Foreign Office and AUMA when submitting their visa applications.
Visa fees are generally waived for exhibitors at German trade fairs, and applications can be submitted up to three months before travel. Early application is strongly recommended.
